Please Read Carefully Before Booking a Reading

I ask all my clients to be open-minded and respectful during and after the Reading, as the experience can be emotional/liberating for both the client and the reader/healer as there is and always will be an exchange of energy.

I channel messages from the Universe, Guides, Ancestors and the Spirit World so when I read for you I promise an open, honest and non-judgemental reading. However, I ask all clients to remember that no reader can guarantee 100% accuracy. I am in no way a professional financial or legal advisor, nor a medical practitioner or professional counsellor. So any advice or guidance given in a reading should be used at each individual's discretion, and I cannot be responsible for any actions taken after reading or message has been received.

Before making any big or life-changing decisions, I recommend that all my clients seek the advice of a qualified professional or trusted friend/family member

All clients are required to be 18+ (or 16+ with an adult's consent) and in booking with myself you are agreeing to these terms.

The Spiritual Healing Space

The Spiritual Healing process involves walking alongside you on your journey to assist in transmuting energy and reconnecting you with your soul’s life force. During these sessions, it is your higher consciousness that will guide the healing process. The journey may lead you to explore your shadow self, and it’s important to be prepared for this. Spiritual healing works with the soul's life force to facilitate deep spiritual transformation

Integration Period

After each healing session, there will be a 28-day cleansing period during which you will continue to process the healing and release any residual energy. This period is vital as it allows space for the healing to take root and fully integrate. During this time, you may experience emotional fluctuations, physical symptoms such as upset stomach, headaches, or even heavy periods. These symptoms are a natural result of energetic rebalancing taking place within your body and should be seen as part of the healing process, where energy is being released from the physical. I offer support and guidance to all clients throughout the 28-day integration period to help you navigate these changes and ensure the healing process is as smooth and transformative as possible.

Clients' Understanding of The Spiritual Healing Process

By choosing to engage in Spiritual Healing, you understand that the work is not focused on diagnosing or treating physical ailments. Instead, it connects spirit to spirit, addressing imbalances in the energy system and exploring the energetic influence of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions and how they shape your well-being.You acknowledge the distinction between energy medicine and other forms of healthcare, such as pharmaceutical medicine or licensed medical practices. The information provided during the healing session is not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any medical condition or psychological disorder. By proceeding with your healing session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.

Cancelation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required:
To maintain the integrity of my services and to ensure the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Non-Refundable Deposit:

Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reading will be non-refundable, and a 50% fee of the session cost will be charged. This ensures that your time slot can be properly managed, and any emergencies or rescheduling needs are considered.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the full session fee will be forfeited. Exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies), but these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Sickness:

For in-person clients, I kindly ask that you be respectful of others’ health by refraining from attending if you are feeling unwell, have a cough, fever, or any Covid symptoms. Please inform me so we can arrange to reschedule your reading.

If you have a healing session booked but become unwell, please consider whether the healing would be appropriate at this time, even if it’s a long-distance remote healing. Your well-being is important, and it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you are in a state where healing can be most effective for you.

Additionally, if I am unable to attend a scheduled reading due to illness, I will ensure to notify you at least 24 hours in advance. Keeping both parties safe from unnecessary exposure to illness is a priority, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Emergency and Rescheduling Policy

I will aim to attend all readings which are booked with myself; however, in the event of an emergency or sickness, I will endeavour to inform the client at least 24 hours before the scheduled reading to reschedule the appointment.

Terms and Conditions

Understanding and Acknowledgment:
I confirm that I have carefully read and understood this disclaimer in its entirety. I have had the opportunity to ask questions or request clarification if needed before agreeing to these terms.
Complementary Service:
I understand that the services provided (e.g., energy healing, spiritual guidance, tarot readings) are intended as a complementary practice to support personal growth, well-being, and self-reflection. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.
Personal Responsibility:
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any decisions or actions I take based on insights, guidance, or recommendations shared during the session.
No Guarantees:
I understand that results may vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. The healing and guidance provided are collaborative efforts, and their effectiveness may depend on my openness and willingness to engage in the process.
Confidentiality:
I understand that all information shared during the session will remain confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others).
Consent to Techniques and Tools:
I give my consent for the practitioner to use various healing techniques and tools (e.g., energy work, tarot cards, crystals, guided meditations) as part of the session. If I have preferences or wish to exclude certain methods, I will communicate them prior to the session.
Cancellation Policy:
I agree to provide at least 24 hours notice if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit my payment.
Professional Boundaries:
I understand that the practitioner is not a licensed healthcare provider or therapist and will not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health conditions.
Voluntary Participation:
I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in this session and have provided accurate information to the best of my ability.
Acceptance of Terms:
By agreeing to these terms, I affirm that I have taken the time to fully read, understand, and acknowledge the conditions outlined in this disclaimer. I accept these terms without reservation and consent to proceed with the session under these conditions.
